Fruit Leather Rolls (“trái cây cuộn”) is Tư Bông’s line extending the banana-roll concept to other tropical Mekong fruit, on the market since 2015. Ripe fruit is dried and spread over a toasted glutinous-rice puff sheet, then rolled and cut into pieces. Production
Unlike the traditional sun-dried banana used in Crispy Banana Snack, this line uses machine drying: fruit is peeled to variety-specific ratios, blended, dried to the target moisture, spread on the toasted puff sheet, rolled tightly, then cut and packed.
