Coconut Nectar Concentrate is Sokfarm’s reduced coconut flower nectar syrup, and one of two Sokfarm products that hold Vietnam’s OCOP 5-star national rating (June 2023). It is made by low-temperature vacuum reduction at 55–60°C over 8–10 hours, concentrating roughly 8 litres of fresh nectar into 1 litre of syrup. It can be used as a honey or syrup substitute in cooking, drinks, and baking; it is plant-based, not honey.
