Sokfarm is the trade name of Công ty TNHH Trà Vinh Farm, a food producer registered on 17 June 2019 in Tiểu Cần commune, Vĩnh Long province (before July 2025: Trà Vinh), in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta. It taps sap from coconut blossoms and processes it into an organic-certified range: fresh nectar, concentrate, flower sugar, a fermented drink, a soy-style sauce, and vinegar. The base ingredient is coconut flower nectar — plant sap tapped from the coconut inflorescence — and is not honey.

The company was founded by Phạm Đình Ngãi (co-founder / CEO) and Thạch Thị Chal Thi (co-founder, MSc in food technology), who revived a Khmer coconut-tapping technique that had largely fallen out of local practice. “Sok” means “happiness” in Khmer.

Sourcing and production

Sokfarm operates at the processing and commercialisation stage of the coconut value chain. Sap is tapped from coconut blossoms twice a day using a traditional Khmer massage-and-tap method, then transported to the plant and processed under ISO 22000:2018 and FDA-registered conditions. According to the company’s profile (retrieved 2026-07-31), the contracted supply area covers 25+ hectares of organic coconut, and by 2025 the supply chain involved 280+ local participants, of whom about 95% are Khmer and about 70% are women.

The company has also reported (via Báo Đầu Tư, cited in its profile) that farmers tapping coconut nectar earn roughly 40–60 million VND per month per hectare, which it describes as 5–8× the income from selling whole coconuts. These are self-reported figures; see limitations below.

Limitations of this data

  • We have not visited the facility. All figures (supply-chain headcount, hectares, farmer income, product count, export dates) are self-reported by the company or drawn from public profiles as of 2026-07-31, and are not independently audited here.
  • Published glycemic-index (GI) figures for coconut flower nectar/sugar vary across sources; the Sokfarm brand material cites a value near 35 while its fresh-nectar product material cites GI ≈45 (attributed to FNRI, Philippines). We do not state a single GI value at brand level. See the individual product pages for the figure each cites.
  • “6 country-markets” reflects distinct destination countries; the company’s own “7 markets” count lists Amazon US as a separate entry from its earlier US entry.
  • Certification dates reflect what the company reports; we have not inspected the underlying certificates or their current validity.
