Fresh Coconut Nectar is Sokfarm’s flagship line, launched in 2020. It is the raw, unconcentrated form of coconut flower nectar — sap hand-tapped from organic coconut blossoms in Tiểu Cần, Vĩnh Long province (before July 2025: Trà Vinh), with no added sugar and no preservatives. The product is plant-based and is not honey.

Production
Sap is tapped from coconut blossoms twice a day (morning and afternoon) using a traditional Khmer massage-and-tap method, collected into stainless-steel containers, transported to the plant within a few hours, then filtered, lightly pasteurised or UHT-treated, and bottled or packed — with no added sugar or preservatives. See Coconut Nectar Concentrate for the concentrated form of the same input.

Limitations of this data
- We have not visited the facility or tested the product. Composition, tapping frequency, and process steps are self-reported by the company as of 2026-07-31.
- The GI ≈45 figure is attributed to FNRI (Philippines) in the source; the value is for coconut flower nectar/sugar generally, not an independent test of this specific batch, and other sources cite lower figures (near 35).
- Prices are domestic Vietnamese retail figures as printed on the company profile and may change.
