Coconut Nectar Vinegar is Sokfarm’s naturally fermented vinegar made from organic coconut flower nectar, launched in 2021. It uses no industrial vinegar, flavourings, or colourings, and is positioned for healthy cooking and fine-dining use. It is plant-based; the base nectar is not honey.
